Robert Payne


Robert has over fifteen years of specialist consulting experience, predominantly in the areas of corporate strategy, performance management and IT governance.  These followed fifteen years of management experience in a variety of industries and organizations where his responsibilities included general management, IT management (up to CIO level), GIS management and project management.

He has been an active IT governance practitioner, and participated as an expert reviewer and participant in the development of content and supporting guidance from the publication of COBIT4.1® through COBIT5®.  He also contributed to the production of licensed training material for COBIT4.1® and COBIT5® and has delivered IT governance training to many students.

He continues to nurture his passion for the formulation and execution of enterprise strategy and the integration and alignment of IT with enterprise strategy, achieved through a process of continuous self-education and development designed to deliver optimal value to his clients through active participation in their business processes.  


James Nkosi


James has over fifteen years of consulting experience predominantly in the areas of performance management and strategy facilitation. His experience includes over five years’ involvement in public sector programme monitoring and evaluation (M&E), research and project management.

James has been involved in the design and implementation of Balanced Scorecards (BSC) in the public and private sector. This includes the delivery of BSC training as part of Change Management to senior managers and officials in the public sector.

His desire is to continuously develop his capabilities in pursuing strategy management with emphasis on “strategy implementation techniques’ that provide organisations or enterprises the leverage for strategy success.
